We see then that far from being a dense, static planet, Globe D is vital and always in a state of dynamic equilibrium, and these factors form the very necessary basis for the entry of new Rounds of the Life Force of the Chain Logos from time to time.

Formation of the Earth Chain

The Hindu Puranas describe the great event of the formation of seven globes in our chain in delightful terms. Globes are called islands. There are seven of these islands forming in an ocean which the Hindus describe as milk and curds. They begin as a slowly rotating vortex of energy, but as the Live Wave thrusts itself through them, their rotational speed increases and they become whirling discs. The fourth disc, the densest of all, is our own planet Earth. In Puranic terms we might look down upon them as seven islands making up an atoll in the great blue indigo ocean of the solar system. Each island is awash. Waves break over them, washing over them, washing and refreshing the gleaming white discs.
